such a fun weekend getaway to nerja!! decided to hit up the famous Cueva de Nerja which my MTV Spain book says is the third most visited sight in Spain after Prado and Alhambra, and my teacher's lounge has a calendar featuring the cueva and thought it looked like a most see spot!!! spent friday in malaga where we met up with our girl cassie who cooked up a pasta y shrimp spinach ensalada!! later jeannette and i went exploring the narrow streets of malaga and fell upon the mercado Atrarazanas!!! i've found mi boqueria!!! discovered the sweetest cranberries and these fig and almond pies!!! checked out an art exhibit, took siick shots of Fernando Alonso's ferrari, and ended the night @natura bar sippin on the best non-alcoholic mojito con una colombiana y una mexicana!! the next day took the bus to our cueva destination!!! this place was unreal!! walkin into the cueva reminded me of the Indiana Jones ride and inside reminded me of the Superman ride.ja well i guess a legit batman cave. a real Dora the Explora i was!!! the rest of the day just took in the beauty of Playa Calahonda y el Balcon de Europa!!! jumped into the clear blue ocean water and found a rock to jump of off!! had to make a splash!!! felt so blessed to get to experience such an amazing coastal beach town!!
